Rexroth vane pump is a vane pump produced by the German Rexroth company, which belongs to a positive displacement pump. The working principle of this pump mainly depends on the change of the sealing volume of the blade in the pump body during the rotation process with the inner surface of the pump shell and the two side plates to complete the process of suction and drainage.

Working principle:
When the vane pump starts, the motor drives the pump shaft to rotate, driving the blade to do circular motion in the pump body. At this time, due to the change in the sealing volume formed between the blade and the inner surface of the pump housing and the two side plates, the vane pump begins to suck liquid. During the suction process, the sealing volume gradually increases, forming a local vacuum, and the liquid is sucked into the sealing volume under the action of atmospheric pressure. As the blade continues to rotate, the sealing volume gradually decreases, and the liquid is squeezed and discharged out of the pump, which is the discharge process of the blade pump.
