Overflow valve description

Relief valve, also known as return valve, is a hydraulic pressure control valve.Relief valves are divided into two categories: spring type and rod type. In addition, there are impulse type safety valve, pilot type safety valve, safety switch valve, safety decompression valve, deadweight safety valve and so on. The relief valve is the overflow through the valve port to adjust the working pressure of the system or limit its maximum working pressure to prevent the system from overloading. In the assembly or use of the relief valve, due to the damage of the O-ring seal, the combination seal ring, or the loosening of the installation screw and pipe joint, it may cause undue external leakage.

The damping sleeve is generally fixed in the front cavity of the pilot valve, that is, in the resonance cavity, and cannot move freely.All kinds of damping holes are provided on the damping sleeve to increase the damping and eliminate the vibration. In addition, due to the addition of parts in the resonator, the volume of the resonator is reduced, and the stiffness of the oil is increased at negative pressure. According to the principle that the components with large stiffness are not easy to resonance, the possibility of resonance can be reduced.

The anti-vibration pad is generally cooperated with the resonant cavity and can move freely. There is a throttling groove on both the front and back of the vibration cushion, which can produce damping effect when the oil flows to change the original flow situation. Due to the addition of the anti-vibration pad, a vibration element is added, which disturbs the original resonance frequency. The damping pad is added to the resonator, which also reduces the volume and increases the stiffness of the oil under pressure to reduce the possibility of resonance.

A small air storage hole and a throttling edge are arranged on the damping screw plug. Because there is air in the small air storage hole, the air is compressed under pressure, and the compressed air has a suction function, which is equivalent to a miniature vibration absorber. When the air in the hole is compressed, the oil is filled in, and when it is expanded, the oil is hydraulically discharged, which adds an additional flow to change the original flow. Therefore, it can also reduce or eliminate noise and vibration.
